- Personal Information: Name, Email address, Phone number (only if you use OTP login or contact shops via WhatsApp)
- Non-Personal Information: Device model, OS version, App usage data (clicks & screen views), Crash reports (to fix bugs)
- Third-Party Services (Firebase & Google): Used for login, data storage, notifications, and Google Sign-In. These services may collect basic technical logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your college account
- To show college events, services, and shop listings
- To enable WhatsApp ordering and messaging
- To send important notifications (events, announcements, shop updates)
- To improve app performance and fix bugs
3. Sharing of Information
We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal data to anyone.
Your data is shared only with Firebase and Google services required for login and backend functionality. We do not share it with shops, advertisers, or any third-party vendors.
4. Data Security
We protect your data using:
- Secure HTTPS communication
- Firebase Security Rules
- Protected authentication layers
While we take strong measures to secure your data, no online service can guarantee 100% security.
5. Your Rights
You can:
- Access and update your information in the app
- Delete your account (contact admin)
- Turn off notifications anytime
6. Children’s Privacy
This app is designed for college students. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Major changes will be announced inside the app.
